The other day I was walking on the Carter Rd, Bandra, having already done more than 2-3km. The lovely carter road (in all aspects ) was even more interesting.

It was then that I suddenly had this urge, some kind of hidden energy suddenly began to effervesce. I felt an uncontrollable need to put myself into a run instead of walk, and before I knew the brain had ordered the legs to go overdrive!

Has anybody felt such a thing ?!?
